PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
2 lg. peaches, sliced 1 unbaked pie shell 2 eggs 3/4 to 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter Slice about 2 large peaches in unbaked pie shell, arrange in circular design. Beat 2 eggs well. Add 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar, flour and melted butter. Pour over peaches. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees then turn back to 325 degrees and bake about 30 to 35 minutes. |
