CUSTARD PEACH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
Enough cut up peaches to fill pie shell

Sprinkle over peaches: mix together:

8 INCH PIE:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

9 INCH PIE:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour

Add 3/4 to 1 cup whipping cream (I add enough to fill up pie plate). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
