CUSTARD PEACH PIE 
1/4 c. flour
4 fresh peaches or 2 1/2 c. canned
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

Mix together. Put in pie crust. Top with a crumb topping consisting of:

1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of cinnamon
Nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
