AUNT MABEL'S PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1 unbaked pie shell 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter Pinch of salt Enough peeled and sliced peaches to line and layer pie crust Line crust with layers of fresh peaches. (You can also use canned peaches, drained.) Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn to 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
