PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
10 inch pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sliced peaches
Dash nutmeg

Mix sugar and tapioca together with peaches. Put into unbaked shell and blend remaining ingredients to make a custard. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes then 350 degrees for about an hour or until a knife comes out clean.
