PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
5 or 6 lg. peaches 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 unbaked pie shell 3 beaten eggs 1 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk Slice peaches and place in deep dish pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour on top of peaches. Bake in a hot oven (400) for about 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 and bake approximately 1 hour. |
