PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 Jiffy cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 reg. size can crushed pineapple Cool Whip Bake cake, according to instructions, in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Dissolve cream cheese in 1/2 cup milk. Mix instant pudding into 1 1/2 cups milk. Combine these two mixtures plus the drained pineapple and spread on top of cake. Top with Cool Whip before serving. Keep refrigerated. |
