PINEAPPLE DREAM CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
Cool Whip

Mix Jiffy cake mix as directed on package. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese; beat well until creamy. Beat in milk. Add vanilla pudding. Beat until thick. Spread on cake. Put 1 can crushed pineapple over pudding. Spread Cool Whip over top. Put in refrigerator overnight. Keeps well for a few days.
