JIFFY CAKE 
1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix (yellow)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (17 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Bake cake as directed in oblong pan and cool. Cook pudding as directed and add a little less than 8 ounces cream cheese (beat with mixer). Let cool; cover with plastic wrap on pudding.

Cover cake with cooled pudding and pineapple that has been drained. Top with large Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
