3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Cream sugar and oil. Add liquids alternately with dry ingredients. Put into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. When toothpick comes out clean take cake out of oven and cool.
