LESTER'S (GOOD) VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) tomato juice
2 c. water
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sweet pepper
1 envelope bouillon cubes
Dash of garlic salt
1 can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1 can French style green beans with liquid

Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and beans. Cook all vegetables until tender. Add mushrooms and beans with liquid. Heat and serve hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
