CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 env. Au Jus gravy mix
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Cut meat in half lengthwise, then crosswise into thin slices. Cook meat, onion and pepper in skillet in hot oil until meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
