QUICK CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 envelope gravy mix
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook meat, onion and pepper in skillet until meat browns. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
