CHINESE PEPPER STEAKS 
1 lb. lean top sirloin, sliced thin
1 tsp. salad oil
1 c. celery, cut thin
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed or garlic salt
3 green peppers, cut thin
1 c. consomme or bouillon
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce

Add beef strips to hot oil; serve quickly; remove from pan. Add celery, onion, garlic, peppers and consomme to pan, simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch blended with water and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Add beef, reheat for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
