GRAHAM CRACKER ICE BOX CAKE 
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipped cream
20 graham crackers

Soak gelatin 1 hour in 1 cup of milk.

Beat 2 egg yolks with 1/2 cup white sugar then add another 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Cook this mixture in top of double boiler until creamy, about 20 minutes. Cool. Add vanilla. Beat 2 egg whites and whipped cream. Add to the cooked mixture.

Roll 10 graham crackers. Put into the bottom of pan. Pour in the gelatin mixture. Roll 10 more crackers and put on top. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
