GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4-5 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. flake coconut
2/3-1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, baking powder, salt, milk and pineapple. Mix in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts and vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Note: Pineapple liquid may be substituted for part of milk.
