GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. heavy cream, chilled
1/2 tsp. vanilla
16 graham crackers

Whip cream until slightly thickened, add cocoa and sugar gradually with vanilla. Whip until stiff. Spread mixture on graham crackers, place together side by side to form square. Spread remaining mixture over cake. Chill 4 hours before serving. Cut cake to look like layers.
