ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
12 oz. pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef (sausage or turkey can be substituted)
1 c. onions, thinly sliced
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to directions. In a large frying pan, cook onions and meat, stirring to break up meat. When browned, add mushrooms and cook briefly. Stir in mustard, salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes (breaking tomatoes into small pieces), and tomato sauce. Using a 2 quart casserole arrange in layers: noodles, cheese, sauce, etc. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
