ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. can crescent rolls
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Heat until hot and bubbly. Pour meat mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan.

In a separate bowl, combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spoon cheese mixture over meat.

Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place rectangles over cheese mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the crescent dough. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
