ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. melted butter

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce. Heat until bubbly. Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Combine Mozzarella and sour cream, spoon over meat. Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles and lay over cheese and sour cream mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes. Serves 8.
