ITALIAN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine eggs, soup, oregano. Stir in tomatoes, drained and cooked broccoli. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
