SESAME CHICKEN 
3 to 4 lbs. chicken wings (disjointed) or chicken drummettes
Slightly seasoned salt to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Flour and unseasoned bread crumb (mix)
Salad oil for frying

SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar (increase 2 tbsp.)
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
Grated ginger and garlic

Dip chicken pieces in egg, coat with flour and bread crumbs. Brown chicken in hot oil, approximately 10 minutes until done.

Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic, ginger and sesame seed for sauce. Dip browned chicken in sauce, place in baking pan lined with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn occasionally for equal glaze.
