RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. oil 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1 c. sour milk (2 tbsp. vinegar) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients in order given. Put into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
