RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 tsp. each: salt, soda and vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients except sugar and butter. Put mixture into 2 loaf pans**. Mix sugar and butter. Sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.

**You can also use 4 small pans and then bake for only 50 minutes.
