RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sour milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 c. flour 2 c. diced raw rhubarb 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tbsp. butter Combine ingredients in the order listed; mix well. Place mixture into 2 well-greased bread pans. Top with a combined mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool before removing from pans. |
