RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix ingredients for bread and put in bread pan. Mix butter and sugar for topping and spread on top of bread mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Do not under bake.
