1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 box frozen, chopped spinach, squeezed
1 loaf King Hawaiian bread

Cut out center of bread and fill with dip. Cut up center and place around the loaf.
