SPINACH DIP | |
Serves: 12. 1 pkg. Knorr's leek soup (dry) 1 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. (1 pt.) carton sour cream 1 can chopped-sliced water chestnuts (drained) 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (cooked & drained) 1 round French bread loaf Cut French bread in shape of a bowl, hollowing out top section in one piece. Cut removed top section in cubes about 1 x 1 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix dip ingredients together and chill. Pour into French bread bowl. Line plate around filled French bread with the cubes. Garnish with parsley, etc. |
