RHUBARB "GOODIE" 
2 eggs
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
3 c. sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Beat eggs; mix with 2 tablespoons flour and white sugar. Add rhubarb; pour in buttered baking dish. Combine brown sugar, butter, oatmeal, and remaining flour; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
