CREAMY SPINACH DIP IN DARK RYE
BREAD
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. green onion slices
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. loaf of round dark rye bread

Combine ingredients, mix well. Chill. Can serve in large loaf of round bread by cutting large hole in center of bread and hollowing it out by removing bread. Then fill dip in center of loaf and serve. Suggestion: Cube center removed from loaf, use for dipping with toothpicks.
