KELLY'S CHILI 
1 lb. to 1.5 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (23 oz.) can ranch beans or kidney beans
Chili powder
2 tsp. cumin (more or less)
1 tsp. cinnamon (more or less)
Coarse ground black pepper
Lawry's Hot 'n' Spicy Salt
Grated cheese

Cook beef with chopped onion. While cooking, add black pepper and Hot 'n' Spicy salt to taste. Drain. Add tomato sauce, refried beans, ranch or kidney beans to meat. Stir until well mixed. While stirring, add chili powder until sauce turns from red to a red-brown color. Add cumin and cinnamon. Add more Hot 'n' Spicy salt to taste. Stir well to mix spices. Simmer for approximately 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. Serve topped with grated cheese.
