CHILIES RELLENOUS MAGROS | |
4 oz. light ricotta cheese 1/4 c. shredded lowfat Monterey Jack cheese 1 lg. egg, beaten 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies 1 1/2 c. spicy tomato sauce, heated (SEE RECIPE FOLLOWING) Preheat broiler. Combine cheeses in small bowl. Place egg and bread crumbs in 2 shallow dishes. Fill each chili carefully with cheese mixture; dip in egg then bread crumbs. Place chilies on broiler pan. Broil 4 minutes or until golden. Serve with spicy tomato sauce. |
