1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, cut up 1/2 green pepper, cut up 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash's extra spicy seasoning 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. whole cumin seed LIST B 1 lg. can whole tomatoes 1 can chili hot beans 1/2 c. Cajun style barbecue sauce 2 beef bouillon cubes 2 c. elbow macaroni In large pot, place all ingredients from List A. Brown ground beef. Add tomatoes, chile beans, barbecue sauce, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Let simmer, the longer the better. Best is to refrigerate overnight and reheat. |
