QUICKIE CHILI 
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 jars Tabasco Brand Spicy Chili Mix
2 (#303) cans Del Monte Cajun Style Stewed Tomatoes
2 (#303) cans Hormel Chili with Beans

In saucepan brown ground chuck and drain. In same pan fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and all but 3 tbsp. of drippings. Saute onions and bell pepper in bacon drippings for about 7 minutes. Return meat to onion and peppers and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook at medium low for about 20-25 minutes.
