FRUIT BREAD 
1 lb. Brazilian nuts
1 lb. walnuts
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 lb. dates
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (6 oz.) green maraschino cherries
1 (6 oz.) red maraschino cherries
4 eggs

Put sugar over nuts and dates. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add cherries, pineapple and cherry juice. Separate 4 eggs. Beat yolks. Fold in stiff egg whites last. Press into 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
