CORN FIESTA 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix everything together except the cheese. Put in 8 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until custard sets and top is brown (golden brown).
