FIESTA CORN BREAD 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten

Combine dry ingredients. Add remainder of ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into 9 inch square pan, greased, or use 10 inch oven skillet. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Freezes well.
