FIESTA CORN BREAD 
1/4 c. oil
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 8" or 9" square pan.
