RAISIN CIDER SAUCE TO SERVE WITH
HAM
 
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. apple cider or apple juice
1/4 c. raisins
8 whole cloves
Dash cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly until raisins are plump. Serve hot over baked ham slices.
