RAISIN SAUCE - TO SERVE WITH HAM 
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. seedless raisins

Mix brown sugar, mustard and flour. Slowly add vinegar. Add lemon juice, grated lemon rind, water and raisins. Cover over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Makes approximately 2 cups.
