BUCHPRUFER BURGUNDY MARINATE FOR
BEEF
 
3/4 c. burgundy
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
1/2 tsp. whole thyme
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 dried rosemary, crushed
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Use to marinate beef before cooking.
