MARINATED BEEF 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. lean chuck, or round beef, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Green peppers, cut into squares
Red pepper, cut into squares
2 onions, quartered
Canned whole potatoes

Combine salad oil, vinegar, 1/2 cup onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add beef. Stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature 2-3 hours. Turn meat occasionally.

On metal skewers, alternate vegetables with beef. Grill on low heat until done. Baste with extra marinate sauce while grilling.
