GRILLED BEEF MARINATED IN BEER 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean beef
1 sm. (12 oz.) can of beer
2 tbsp. oil (safflower or sunflower seed)
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cut beef into 1 1/2 to 2 inch chunks and place in a bowl which has a lid. Mix all the other ingredients together. Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate. Marinate 2 days. Turn once or twice.

Drain, but do not pat dry. Grill outside over medium-hot coals. (Editor's note: You can also make the dish in the broiler of your oven.)

This meat is delicious served as an entree or as shish-kabob, with your choice of vegetables, such as small tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, pineapple chunks and green peppers.
