MARINADE FOR GRILLING BEEF | |
6 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. pale dry sherry 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. sugar Coarse ground black pepper Mix together and pour over thick cut top round or other cut of beef. Stab with fork on both sides. Let sit all night or at least 4 hours, turning it every now or then. Grill over charcoal. Delicious! |
