BEEF TERIYAKI MARINADE 
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all of the ingredients and blend well. Marinate steaks in sauce mixture at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Drain; reserve marinade. Baste with reserved marinade while grilling. Great for all Market Day steaks.
