TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1 c. soy sauce
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp. ginger (fresh), grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix soy sauce and brown sugar together until blended. Grate in ginger and garlic. Mix all ingredients in shallow pan. Place steak in mixture. Turn steak a few times in marinade. Put in refrigerator overnight, turn steak again next day. Grill.
