JON'S TERIYAKI GINGER MARINADE (FOR THE GRILL) | |
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce with pineapple juice (Lawry's) 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. onion powder or dry minced onion 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar Mix all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Put steak in bag to marinate. Marinate in refrigerator from 6 to 24 hours before grilling. Note: For best taste and results grill steak, don't broil in oven! Submitted by: Jon Ledoux |
