OLIVE MARINADE FOR BEEF | |
Olive oil Garlic salt or kosher salt Chuck roast 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick Place roast in deep container. Pour olive oil over roast just about to top of meat. Sprinkle entire top of meat with garlic or kosher salt. Cover with lid or foil. Let meat stand in marinade at least 4 hours or overnight turning once. Remove meat from marinade and grill or broil until desired doneness. Marinade may be put in smaller container and kept in refrigerator to be used again. |
