ROAST BEEF BERNADINE | |
MARINADE: 1 c. coffee 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. red wine 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 onion, chopped Salt & pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Marinate pot roast 4 to 6 hours before cooking. Bake roast at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Remove roast, separate grease from juices. Pour remaining marinade into juices, bring to a boil. Cook 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms in juice, serve over roast. |
