APRICOT TARTS 
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. dried apricots

DOUGH:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sour cream

FILLING: In a saucepan boil together water, sugar and apricots, until thickened.
